Case Review
Your case will be reviewed including any supporting evidence. We will then advise on any extra evidence you may require and the next steps in your journey.

EHCNA Application
This is the first step towards gaining an EHCP for your child. We will collate your evidence and views and make a compelling case for your application. We will ensure that your child’s needs are accurately reflected in all areas of development and pay close attention the legal test set out in Section 36 (8) of The Children and Families Act 2014. This application will be completed then sent back to you to submit to the Local Authority

EHCP Draft Review
We will review the quality and provision laid out in the draft, cross referencing your reports to ensure that everything has been added and that it is appropriate for the child. We will pay close attention to the wording to ensure that everything is specific and quantifiable. Amendments will be sent to you so that you can send them back to the Local Authority to ensure that the draft is appropriate and fully reflects your child and their needs. We can be available to attend a co-production meeting with the Local Authority via teams for an additional £65 fee (this will include a preparation phone call prior to the meeting).

Mediation
If your child is refused an EHCNA, the LA refuse to issue and EHCP or you do not agree with the contents in sections B, F and I, you may choose to go to mediation. In this case, we will review all of your paperwork, paying close attention to legal framework and provide you with a compelling argument for your case. We are also available to attend mediation to support you or to represent you where needed. This package is charged at £250

Refusal to Assess/Refusal to Issue Appeal
If your child has been refused an EHCNA or an EHCP, you may choose to go to appeal to SEND Tribunal. We will prepare all documents and evidence for your case, including the SEND 35 form to apply. We will pay close attention to the law and advise on any extra evidence required and tactics where required. We will support you through the process and can liaise with Tribunal, the Local Authority and any witnesses that you require. If you require us to represent you and attend the tribunal, this package will be charged at £480.

Content Appeal Sections B, F and I
If your child has received an EHCP, but you do not agree with the contents (Sections B, F and I), you may choose to appeal to the SEND Tribunal. We will prepare all of your documents and evidence for your case, including the SEND 35 form to apply. We will pay close attention to the law and advise on any extra evidence required and tactics where needed. We will support you through this process and can liaise with the Tribunal, the Local Authority and any witnesses that you require. We will also support you with the working document as needed. If you wish for us to represent you and attend the tribunal, this package will be charged at £550.
